By downloading or using the Borealis app ("the app") you accept these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Borealis is developed by Momentodigital (Chile).
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, subject to these terms and to those of the store you download it from.
The app is free and includes core features. Borealis Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the premium themes and other Pro features.
No subscription: Borealis Pro is paid once. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, nor to attempt to decompile it, circumvent its licensing mechanisms or interfere with its operation.
The app, its design, the "Borealis" name, its visual themes and its code are property of Momentodigital and protected by applicable law. These terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may update, modify or discontinue app features, as well as these terms. When we do, we'll post the current version on this page with its date.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or fit for a specific purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Momentodigital will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by law.
